HealthPlast PVC/PE Film is a multilayer laminate designed for pharmaceutical blister packaging and sachet sealing applications, where standard PVC may lack the flexibility or seal integrity. By bonding a rigid PVC base with a heat-sealable polyethylene (PE) layer, this film provides enhanced moisture resistance, strong seal performance, and cost-effective machinability—ideal for powder sachets, topical ointments, or special-shaped blister cavities.

A: PE is on the inside (seal layer), ready to bond with foil or PE-based lidding.

A: Yes. PE layer allows easier recycling compared to multi-metal laminates.
