PET/PVDC film High Barrier for Pharma Packaging
Product Introduction
HealthPlast PET/PVDC Film offers extreme moisture and oxygen protection with crack-resistant flexibility, making it ideal for high-humidity zones, sensitive drug molecules, and composite blister packs. It replaces aluminum-based cold-form foils in some applications, offering greater visual access, lightweight structure, and better environmental footprint.

FAQs – PET/PVDC Film
Q1: Is PVDC film applied on both sides?
A: By default, single-side coated. Double-sided PVDC available upon request.
Q2: Does it replace Alu-Alu in all applications?
A: No. For deep cavities or high-pressure forming, Alu-Alu is still preferred.
Q3: Is the PVDC layer FDA compliant?
A: Yes. Coating meets FDA 21 CFR 177.1630 and EU EC 10/2011.
Q4: Can it be laminated with PVC?
A: Yes, it can be supplied as PVC/PET/PVDC for enhanced thermoforming.
